(Chips O'mast)

SERVES TWO

1 cup (240 g) thick Greek yogurt
¼ cup (60 g) mayonnaise
1 tsp Italian seasoning (most dried herbs will work here)
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
Sea Salt
Freshly Grated Black Pepper

“This is my favorite snack of all time, my go-to after school snack growing up, the comfort food I took with me to college and introduced my friends to. If you’ve ever seen the video of Oprah talking about her love for her best friend Gayle, that sums up how I feel about this dish. I don’t know a better dip. Enough said.”

Pour the yogurt into a small serving bowl. Stir in mayonnaise until the mixture is smooth, then add whatever dried herbs you’re using, as well as garlic and onion powder. Taste the dip before you add salt and pepper, using one of your chips as a dipper—chips are quite salty, so you don’t want to overdo it.
