Stuffed Dates with Peanut Butter
4 large Mejdool dates
4 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
Cinnamon (optional, for topping)
Pomegranate arils (optional, for topping)

For Peanut Butter Dates: Using a knife, make a small incision in each date lengthwise (from top to bottom) and remove the pit. Arrange the dates, cut side up on a plate or serving dish, and carefully spoon a small amount of peanut butter into each one, approximately 1 teaspoon per date. Top with cinnamon and/or pomegranate, if using.
